Place your item in the shopping cart and proceed through to the checkout as instructed.
Upload Photos From a Smart Device or Computer
Once you have completed the checkout of your order you will receive a confirmation email, this email will give you instructions on how to send your pictures either from your smart device or computer through a service provided by We Transfer, here are some instructions that might help
PC or MAC
Go to https://wetransfer.com/ and click on “send a file” from there you can select your images and enter the recipient email address pictures@mymemoryshade.com. Follow the instructions but please remember to Include your Name and Order Number from your order confirmation email in the dialogue box
Tablet or Smartphone
Download WeCollect for Apple or Android stores
Go to “Boards” and click the blue + sign, add the Title as your Name and order number from your confirmation email and add your photos from your device.
To share click the three dots in the upper right corner and hit “Share” entering the email address pictures@mymemoryshade.com
Please ensure the image quantity is correct and if an image is so special you wish to repeat, duplicates will be positioned on opposite sides of the lampshade.

Delivery
Deliveries take approx. 12 – 14 days from receipt out your pictures, however this can fluctuate at peak times, but every effort is made to complete the orders promptly.
